We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for England/Scotland/Wales and 2-7 working days for rest of the Country.

My first impression was that the chair was very good looking and felt of very high quality, but I thought the seat was quite firm. It appears after sitting on it many hours a day for about a month, that it is just right. I have had no issues with "numbutz" or any back pain. In fact, after having serious back pain, including spasms for years, I have not had any problems with my back at all since getting this chair. My old chair was 30+ years old, a high backed tufted leather executive chair with no lumbar support at all. I should have replaced it much sooner. Time will tell if the back pain is gone for good, but so far I am very impressed. I use it for computer work, a little gaming and watching TV with my feet up and the back leaned back. Naps are easy. My only complaint is that the arm rests are very hard. I didn't get the upgraded ones, and maybe I should have. That will be easily fixed with the magnetically attached arm rest pads.
