    How long does delivery take?

    Our warehouse is based in Devon, UK and orders usually take up to 1 working day to be processed and 95% of our orders are delivered within 1 - 2 working days. Exceptions include distant locations* and stock availability.

    We've received an exceptionally high volume of orders this holiday season.     How do I know if a Secretlab chair will be a good fit for me?

    Secretlab chairs are built to be highly customizable and feature a wide range of adjustments. We recognize that people come in all shapes and sizes, and our chairs are designed to accommodate various heights and weights.

    To get an idea of the best fit for you, check out our sizing calculator.

    However, you should also refer to the specifications sheet for each chair for more detailed dimensions.

    How do I assemble my Secretlab Chair?

    Upon purchase and fulfilment, a confirmation email containing an Assembly Video as well as an Assembly Guide will be sent to your inbox. You can also find the Assembly Video and Assembly Guide in our Resources page.

    The Assembly Video and Guide will give you a step-by-step visual walkthrough, as well as some important safety information to keep in mind. So, watch it through at least once before you start. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

    How do I take care of my Secretlab chair?

    Secretlab chairs are exceedingly durable, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition for a long time. This means keeping liquids away from your chair, and also wiping it down once in a while to keep it clean.     First Secretlab Chair and we are loving it!

    Been seeing friends and other people with this chair and have been curious about the hype on this product and now I know why. Indeed the hype is real - this chair is super comfortable that you don’t even realize you have been sitting for hours! Especially now that a lot of people work from home, this chair is totally worth the money and is a must have for everyone who works at home! Planning to get a second and third one so that all of us can have the same comfort and enjoy it while doing our work and daughter’s schoolwork at home.

    Best chair we've ever owned

    Secretlab has seriously impressed us with the quality of the Omega chairs. We purchased 2 for our children's Christmas presents and they absolutely love them. The structure is so sturdy and many position options not just with the back but also arm rest options. The chair has a wide comfortable seat, you could easily sit here for 8 hours, the added cushions are also a bonus for comfort. This chair deserves every star plus more. Highly recommended, they have certainly been so much more impressive than we could have ever imagined.
