Had the classic titan from 2020 before. It was a very solid chair, it is now serving my friend. This time went for evo xl version and I had a chance to compare both side by side. The armrest surface is improved, the material feels better and it is easily replaceable, that wasn't the case on old model. Armrest adjustments feels also more sturdy.I believe the lumbar support was also improved as it feels much better than before. Magnetic pillow is also a very welcome improvement, compared to the previous version. This time i went for softweave compared to previous pu leather that flaked over time and peeled off. the softweave fabric feels really nice, and even if it will wear in years,I know, I can get a skin and use the chair even longer. I really like the way the company is handling the product. The classic one proved that you can get a really good chair for a reasonable price and improved on the shortcomings. You have my brand loyalty for sure.

As soon as I recieved this chair I understood it's built with quality in mind. Solid materials, adjustable settings for any bodysize, firm and at the same time very comfortable. The chair was a gift for our son, and he couldn't be more happy with it. Going from an IKEA officechair for children to a secretlab gamingchair is like going from a DBS pedal-bike to a Kawasaki Ninja (just to illustrate the contrast!) I'm considering swapping my own officechair at home with one of these secret lab Titan Evo chairs, as they are that comfortable and seem to be quite durable also, arguing lifetime vs cost = good value! I was skeptical at first, but then I got the chair and my skepticism has been put aside! This was a good investment! Recommend this chair to anyone who is sitting at a desk any time of the day for short or long periods of time.

I've always questioned the price of the chair until I received my chair. Assembly was a breeze. No generic diagram to cover all different models. No broken pieces out the box. Contained packaging that seemed to mirror opening a treasure chest. The pieces just clicked. Once assembled, the feel is superb. Some state they dislike the firm feeling, but it's perfect for me. The chair is quiet, reclining produces no creaking, wheeling around is silent. Ny wife wants mine, which means I might have to get another one soon.
