Les roues sont bien par contre il y a des films plastique pour les protéger dans l’emballage qui sont collés (similaires à ce que l’on a en protection d’un nouveau téléphone) et le fait de l’enlever sur une des roues a complètement arraché la peinture noir ce qui est très moyen pour un produit de ce prix..

They feel high quality but when rolling around they can make a weird grinding sound, tempted to put original ones back on but time will tell I guess

These casters make the chair too high (I'm 5'10"). They were a waste of money for me. Otherwise, they are nice and smooth.
