Yes. The Chipset Wrap is an official Fortnite in-game item provided by Epic Games.
It comes bundled with Secretlab TITAN Evo Fortnite Battle Bus Edition and can be unlocked in-game at no additional cost.
The code to redeem the Chipset Wrap is packaged together with the Secretlab TITAN Evo Fortnite Battle Bus Edition chair. Hence, you will receive it upon receiving the chair.
You can then use the code at fortnite.com/redeem to unlock your in-game item. It will appear directly in your Fortnite account locker.
Once you have received your code, you may redeem the item directly on Fortnite’s redemption platform: fortnite.com/redeem.
