You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

Ever since getting a Titan Evo in 2022, I was drawn to the secret lab products, especially the attention to detail and strong materials used. I’ve been wanting to get a Secret Lab desk for my WFH setup for a while, but my wife said the black one’s too dark for the house. As soon as the white one out she was sold and even got one for her own WFH setup. As a video producer and part time streamer, this is the perfect desk and made with the highest quality materials. I can’t flaw it and am glad I spend a bit extra for the highest quality product.

Magnus pro
Desk is an absolute game changer. Never had a sit to stand desk before but I’m so happy I went with the Magnus pro. Would have loved to get the xl but the regular fits perfectly in my space, and even though it’s not the xl the amount of space I have on the desk is perfect. I’m using the pc mount so my pc is also off the desk, I probably have space for me and my partner to both be working or gaming at the same time from one desk if we wanted to. Raising the desk to the standing position is extremely smooth and once at standing height the desk is very stable. I’ve made full use of the cable tray and have a dual and single monitor mount, a mic arm, iPad (plugged in to a charger) and keyboard and mouse and yet you can hardly see any cables. If your thinking about buying one I would personally recommend it

Overall the desk as a whole is extremely high quality with nice finishes to every single part they make. They also made a great effort to round of all the metal corners to prevent you from accidentally cutting yourself which to me in most cases is a good marker of quality. This is because it tells me that they've gone the extra mile to find all the little defects that any other manufacturer would have just overlooked to save on cost. In addition to the desk the instructions that come with desk desk are very carefully thought out and have clearly been made to easily follow. They also provide some of the most exemplary packaging I've seen from any company to prevent any minor scratches or defects while it's on its journey to you. The cable management tray on the under side of the desk is the perfect size for all my cabling and even has room to spare. However, I would like to see the tray accommodate for the intergrated power cable in the leg to be rotated so that my extension cable doesn't have to come out the bottom of the tray and then back up into the tray. It may work for foreign plugs that go straight foward for from the socket but not for UK plugs which have the cable facing downward from the socket. Additionally I would like to see a longer warranty for the desk to allow it to compete more aggresively with other high quality sit to stand desks. Although, once again I can't fault the quality of any part of this desk so far in its time with me. It's clearly recieved at lot of attention and care during its design phase and has earned its place within the high quality sit to stand desk market.
