The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab MAGNUS as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother.
While the Secretlab MAGNUS features an extremely sturdy and durable steel chassis, proper care is still crucial to ensuring it continues to stay in good condition. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or cleaners as they can potentially damage the powder-coated finish of the desk. Use a cloth with water or mild, non-detergent soap to wipe it down regularly.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

Awful experience! Received a faulty product (so clearly no QC process) and because there's no phone support you wait 2-3 days for each email back and forth. They will try everything not to replace the item but "fix" it - i had to send videos of me showing the fault - wait another 2 days for another email and on and on for weeks - only to be told they didnt have any replacement parts on order - terrible customer service procedure. No phone number should be a red flag - especially for gear this expensive - here's a tip invest in a phone!!!! 0/10 wont buy from again!

As our headquarters is located in Singapore, we do not have a hotline in the United Kingdom however please be assured that we strive to ensure that your concerns are resolved conclusively over email. While our support team tries to assist all our customers the best they can, regretfully the monitor arm replacement part that you require is currently backordered. Just to share, most of our replacement parts are usually kept well-stocked in our regional warehouses and are usually produced in batches according to demand. As your situation is rather unique, a new batch will have to be backordered from our production facilities and this causes a slightly longer wait time. That said, we fully understand the urgency of your case and would like for you to enjoy your Secretlab product as soon as possible. We never intended to cause such an experience and we'll be working to see how we can improve our customers' experiences with us.
