I am leaving this review based on my chair which was a christmas gift from my Wife, and based on my experience, my impression and hers I have purchsed her one for herself, just because she was so impressed also, and a little (understandably) envious! My Titan Evo Lite came very well packaged in an undamaged box which tells me it was shipped with care. Two sets of instructions enclosed for assembly plus tools sturdy enough to use confidently and add them to my toolbox for later use (thank you, a nice touch). Assembly did not take long as I am quite handy however .. the least handy person would not struggle to follow the clear instructions. Pre assembly - one cannot help but notice the care and effort which goes into packaging and holding all of the components safely in place, then there is the definite feel of quality from which the components are made, Once the chair was assembled and I parked my behind I felt the quality, no squeaks, no odd noises, very sturdy, solid in fact! Easy to tilt, recline, higher or lower the seat, easy to operate the arm rests, Quality material on the chair (soft weave) but I still purchased a seat cover to protect the original untill I can find one of the skins I've had my eyes on. All in all there's a premium You pay and I say it is worth it because You get what You pay for. 5 star Quality!
