We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for England/Scotland/Wales and 2-7 working days for rest of the Country.

Most comfortable chair I ever sat in

I was told by a friend who had one of these chairs that they were very good and I have to say he was wrong, they are AWESOME! You really get what you pay for here It was packaged really REALLY well and setup was very simple but you felt the quality of the product when handling the parts. Never had instructions for setup look as good (no really, its huge and glossy!) I ordered the soft rollerblade casters as using on hardwood flooring and they are just excellent. The comparison to my old squeaky rattling old chair is remarkable. This chair is silent and very customisable. Arm rests to exact high and width, lumbar support fully adjustable. All the usual tilt options and adjustments. And of course the colouring, Hogwarts logo and Marauders map on the back just set the whole thing off, magically! Worth every single penny, don't hesitate. Mischief Managed! :)
