The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. For more tips on keeping your gaming chair in mint condition, we’ve put together a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed maintenance instructions.
Orders usually take up to 2 working days to be processed. Once picked up by the courier, orders are usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days depending on the location.
Exceptions include distant locations* and stock availability.

TITAN Evo 2022
I've been using this chair for a few weeks now, and it is still as comfortable as the day I first sat in it. There are so many adjustments that you can make to ensure that it is right for you. I highly recommend it.

My beautiful pink Secretlab chair is both comfortable, easy to assemble and simply a pleasure to the eyes! I have a slipped disk in my lower back so using conventional chairs left me not being able to walk properly for a few days. After switching to this chair however, I'm able to release a lot of the tension on my lower back which has reduced my overall pain. Additionally, customer service has been such a great experience! They're quick to reply and have shown professionalism and kindness throughout.

The whole process was great. Directions where easy to follow. The chair is very well built. The only problem i had with it was the smell when i unboxed it. It wasn’t horrible but not pleasant either. It persisted for a couple days but now i don’t notice anything.
