We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for England/Scotland/Wales and 2-7 working days for rest of the Country.

Love my new Titan evo XL in cookies and cream. A month later and I still sometimes just look at it and think "damn that's a nice looking chair". The set up was easy though it looked intimidating. A fair bit of rubbish to dispose of afterwards but I accept that's to protect the product during shipping. Fairly comfortable to sit on but it's a bit firm at first until you get use to it. I imagine with time it will soften up as you break it in. A month in and I'm happy.
